Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual based in the USA to join our team as a Returns and Quality Assurance Specialist. This role involves receiving customer returns, analyzing them to identify defects or issues, and efficiently processing returns or exchanges.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer returns and inspect them for defects or issues.
- Conduct quality assessments to determine the condition of returned items.
- Fulfill returns by processing refunds or replacements for customers.
- Coordinate with UK staff and customer service personnel to ensure accurate handling of returns and exchanges.
- Communicate effectively to identify customers and destinations for outgoing items.
- Handle return system processes, including managing waybills and return slips.
- Execute exchanges promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency in all aspects of the return and exchange process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers.
- Proficiency in handling return systems and understanding of waybills and return slips.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Fast learner with the capability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be based in the USA for easy access to receive and process returns.
