At Heritage Clothings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make this process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the conditions and guidelines for returning an item.

Please ensure to carefully review our policy, as we do not make any special exceptions or treatment for customers on sale items.

Bundles Sale Policy:

- Bundle sale items are not eligible for refunds. Returns are eligible for exchanges or store credit.
- You may exchange any item in the bundle for a different size (either up or down).
- If you wish to return an item because you do not like it, you must return all items in the bundle together. Only then will we issue a store credit. Ensure the items are returned in their original condition.
- If the item you wish to exchange for a different size is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit for that item.


1. Eligibility for Return:
We are happy to accept returns of any garment that is unworn, undamaged, and still fitted with all security tags and labels, and dispatched to us within 10 days of receipt by you.

2. Responsibility for Return:
It is the customer's responsibility to safely return the item to us using a reliable and recorded delivery method. We recommend using a service that provides tracking information. In the event that the return is lost in transit, we cannot process the refund. 

Please be advised that we do not cover customs fees for returned items. Customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred on returned items. Kindly verify with your country's customs regulations before ordering or returning items.

3. Wrong or Misdescribed Products:
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product does not match the description on our website, please notify us immediately. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, you can choose one of the following options:
- We will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible if it is available.
- Alternatively, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit:
- Used or worn headwraps
- Earrings
- Garments smell of Perfume and or specific scent to it

5. Sale Items:
Refunds will not be provided for sale items. However, we offer the option of store credit or exchanges for different sizes or items, subject to stock availability.

6. Mistaken Returns:
If you mistakenly return an item that you want to keep, you may be liable to reimburse us for the cost of returning the product to you.

7. Theft:
To address the potential risk of theft, we kindly request customers to indicate their preference for a signed delivery by sending an email or including a note with their order. This proactive measure allows us to make necessary arrangements before dispatching items, ensuring your valuable shipments are safeguarded throughout the journey. Please note that failure to adhere to this procedure may result in the absence of a refund or replacement in the event of theft.

8. Non-Compliant Returns:
If you return a product that does not comply with our return policy, you may be liable to reimburse us for the cost of returning the product to you.

9. To our USA customers here's how to initiate your return order, kindly click this RETURN SLIP and follow the provided prompts. Once your request is processed, you can anticipate receiving an approval email that will include the shipping address within the USA where you can dispatch your items. Please note the cost of sending the original item to us is the customer's responsibility.

9.a) Returns for Customers in the UK, EU and rest of the world:
The cost of sending the original item to us is the customer's responsibility.
- Fill in the RETURN SLIP with your order number and emails address (used to make the purchase) and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

10. Hygiene and Time Restrictions:
For hygiene reasons, we regretfully cannot accept returns of earrings and used items. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for orders beyond the 14-day return period specified above.

11. Alterations and Additional Items:
Please note that we do not offer alterations to our items as we use a standardized measuring size table. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate customization requests for less than three items. Also, we cannot accept any additional items that have not been specified in the return form.

12. Return Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item, we will review the package and contact you to inform you that your exchange has been accepted. We will issue a store credit or exchange (excluding the original delivery charge). Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Please allow 10 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for an exchange to be processed.
