1. How do I track my order?

We will always send tracking information once an order is processed. 

All express orders are sent via DHL, your tracking number will be 10 digits with no letters. To track via DHL press here: https://parcel.dhl.co.uk/track-a-parcel/ 

For standard deliveries, orders are sent via Royal mail. Your tracking number will be in this format, LO06746540GB. To track via Royal mail please press here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item 

All UK orders are sent via Royal mail second class signed for. 

Standard Shipping:

You will get your tracking information once your item is dispatched together with your shipment confirmation email or SMS. If you do not receive one, please check your spam email and text messages for this information. 

Pease note that there are severe delays in delivering items with Royal mail international tracked services due to the pandemic. We do not have any influence over the shipping company operations and delivery times and we solely rely on the tracking information to inform us where the items are at any particular point in time.

Express Shipping

Express shipping takes 3 working days. You pay additional fee for express shipping, subsidized by us by up to 15% to reduce delivery charges for our customers. We have partnered with DHL to endure items are delivered promptly and more information will be given on tracking during transit.

4. Where do you ship from? 

We ship from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. 

5. Where are your items made? 

Our products are proudly made in Africa. 

6. What is my size in your brand?

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange an unworn/undamaged item back to us for a refund or exchange.

Customers pay for their returns. We offer free exchanges as we would love you to own one of our pieces in your size. If it does not fit, send it back, we will send a replacement. 

Please note there are no refunds on sale items, only exchanges and store credit.  

8. Will I get a confirmation email after I have made an order?

Answer: Yes, you will, if you do not get it in your main email, please check your spam folder. Sometimes, confirmation messages are sent via SMS. 

9. Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?

Answer: Yes you can change your address or sizes before the order is sent. Please send an email to heritageclothingstore@gmail.com

10. What payment methods do you accept? And do you accept instalment payment? 

  • We accept all major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) payments on our website. 
  • We also accept ShopPay, GPay, Amazon Pay & PayPal payments. 
  • And yes, we offer buy now, pay later arrangements. We offer Klarna and Sezzle payments that gives you the choice to pay for your purchases interest-free in 4 instalments.

11. Can I wear your beautiful dresses? Will it be culturally appropriate? 

Our clothes are made to make every woman confident, beautiful and attractive regardless of age, size, race or nationality. We embrace everyone and we are proud and privileged to serve women all over the world thus integrating our African culture/fabrics with the western style through our gorgeous pieces. 

12. Are you a sustainable brand? What are your ethics?

Our handmade pieces uses materials sourced via fair-trading means, as well as minimizing any impact on the environment, via our production, processing, shipping and entire logistics chain. The fabrics are manufactured via age-old processes, mostly by hand and sometimes centuries old dyeing and staining techniques.
